IMPORTANT DATES
Tutorial Proposal Submission: 15 July 2024 01 August 2024
Tutorial Proposal Acceptance Notification: Rolling basis
Scope
IEEE ANTS 2024 seeks half-day and full-day tutorial proposals on new, emerging, and specialized topics that align with the conference theme “Bridging the World with Intelligent Communication.” Tutorials will be held in conjunction with the IEEE ANTS 2024 main conference. The Tutorials intend to cover specialized topics that provide a hands-on learning experience. We solicit proposals for full- and half-day tutorials from domain experts to cover current topics directly relevant to the conference, such as (but not limited to):
- 5G and 6G Technologies
- Underwater/Underground/Aerial Communications and Networking
- Satellite and Radar Communications
- Free Space Optics
- Visible Light Communications
- Optical Networks
- Defence Communications and Networking
- Big Data and Analytics, Augmented and Virtual Reality
- Machine Learning for Communication and Networking
- Cyber-physical systems
- Rural and Remote Connectivity
- Blockchain
- Open Networking
- Internet of Things (IoT)
- Integrated Sensing and Communication
- Quantum Communication and Networks
- Intelligent Meta-surfaces
- Full-Duplex Communications
- Cloud and Edge Technologies
- Autonomous Networks
- Software Defined Networks and Network Virtualization
- Semantic Communications
- Haptic and Holographic Technologies
- Security/Privacy/Trust
- Scalable/Sustainable Connectivity
- Testbed and Prototype Implementation
- Network Simulation/Emulation
Proposals should have explicit and focused teaching material covering new and emerging topics within the scope of the conference. Proposals must provide an in-depth survey of a chosen topic with the option of describing a particular work in detail and a meaningful summary of open issues. Proposed tutorials should be comprehensive, informative, and appealing to the attendees. Tutorial instructors must commit to preparing the tutorial materials (e.g., slides, hands-on exercises) reflecting high-quality standards. All tutorials will be featured prominently in the conference program. Therefore, we will emphasize emerging topics to make the Tutorials more relevant. Tutorials should highlight current topics related to technical and business issues that encourage the active participation of students, academia, government, and industry professionals.
